The studio is situated on the 2nd floor and has a total living area 36 sq.m. (common parts – 6 sq.m.) It consists of one room that combines kitchen with a bedroom area, bathroom/WC and a terrace. The room has a door leading to the balcony. The studio is nicely furnished .and has French windows revealing nice panoramic views to the green park and pool of the complex.

There are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, night clubs, and shopping malls near the complex.

The complex has two swimming pools - one for children and one for adults. The services and amenities include: fitness center, lobby bar, restaurant, green area, parking, 24 hour video surveillance and security.
