The Magnolia Residence 5 complex is located in the western part of the resort. Sunny Beach, about 5 minutes walk to the beach and the lively promenade. The location is excellent - on a quiet street, close to the main square, the popular restaurant Djani’s and the medical center Viva Clinic. Within walking distance are a supermarket, shops, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, snack bar, fruit and vegetable market, bank offices, exchange offices, bus stops and a kindergarten.
The building is designed for seasonal use, but if desired by property owners in the complex, there is a possibility for year-round living. The degree of completion is turnkey and includes flooring - terracotta / granite, painted walls and ceilings, bathrooms - finished with faience and terracotta, fully equipped, individual water meters and electricity meters and installed air conditioning and boiler in the bathroom.
The building is before Act 15. By the end of the year it will be fully completed and offered turn-key finished units.
