Grand Kamelia Complex is located in the western part of Sunny Beach and has an excellent location - only 500 m from the beach and 150 m from the center of Sunny Beach. The central Bus station is 100 m and Bourgas airport is only 25 km. Sunny Beach is a place where you can find a lot of entertainment and amenities. There are many restaurants, bars and supermarkets, and the resort itself is very lively and the perfect destination for your vacation.

The studio is located on the 2nd  floor , with total living area – 60 sq.m. and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom and terrace overlooking the surroundings.

Fully furnished, ready to move in. The furniture includes double bed, a TV, table with chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

Grand Kamelia has two swimming pools for adults and two swimming pools for children. Water bar, sunbeds and umbrellas, children\'s playground, tennis court and massage studio.

The studio is suitable for permanent residence and  for holiday rentals.
