The plot on which, ESTE by Emilia Romana, will be built is in close proximity to the already implemented projects - PARK, BOUTIQUE and VERDE. The four complexes form one common product offering its owners and visitors 4 thematic pools, rich landscaping, restaurants, parking lots , EV charging stations, guarded territory, a large sports center, sauna, dry fountain and childrens facilities. The complex is bordered by a territory set aside for a park with an area of 7,000 square meters - serviced and maintained by the development company.

- 40% of the price and signing of the Preliminary contract;
