Ravda is a summer seaside resort, famous in the past for its numerous childrens, school and student holiday camps. There are regular bus lines to Burgas (30 min), Sunny Beach (20 min) and Nessebar (10 min). Today the resort has hotels, private accommodation, restaurants and discos.

Village population is about 3000 people.
