The Romana Villas are located on the hills going down to the shore. It is a very particular characteristic of this part of the Black Sea coast - the last hills of the Balkan mountain range gradually go down into the sea. The first several of the villas have some sea view. Each villa comprises of 4 apartments but other options are also available - for example to join two apartments in one bigger or in a 2 levels maisonette; or to make one big private villa. Next to the villas are the tennis courts. The villas also have a swimming pool. They will also be furnished. The completion date is in 2008. So far the project is for 82 villas.

There are 3 types of villas – self-contained (3-bedroom villa) and 1 and 2 bedroom villas which are semi-detached.
“MAISONETTE\" – 2 bedroom villa — this is a two-story apartment, on the first floor — living hall, kitchen and bathroom. On the second floor — two bedrooms with balcony and two bathrooms.
